Order
Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt via e-mail. In case you did not receive the order confirmation, please contact us via the contact form on our website.
Usually, only items that are actually available are shown in our AlphaTauri online shop. Unavailable sizes are shown in grey. Although our database is updated on an ongoing basis, in exceptional cases, a certain item might be sold out between the product selection and the checkout confirmation. In very rare cases, a product may not be available when we pack your order. If this happens, we will notify you immediately.
Yes, as a general rule, any item that was sold out in a certain size and/or colour might be available at a later time. In order to be automatically notified when a product is back in stock please activate the "Notify me" function in the size selector of the article.
Please understand that currently we cannot accept orders placed by phone or e-mail. You can order 24/7 in the AlphaTauri online shop.

Your payment options might differ depending on your country and delivery address. You will find your available options in the payment section of the checkout.

- For orders placed in Germany and Austria
