OUR TIME IN TURKEY
After such an incredible and busy week, full of new partnerships and historical events it is hard to find the words to summaries our time in Istanbul.
On 11th November 2020, we launched our pop-up space at contemporary luxury retailer Vakkorama. Renowned for its innovative and youthful shopping environment, partnering with this fashion institution seemed like the perfect pairing for AlphaTauri, a young brand creating innovative and technologically inspired designs. AlphaTauri’s Autumn/Winter 2020 collection will be visible as the main window display, as well as shoppable instore and online, until the 21st November.

THE MIL:
The AlphaTauri, Mobile Innovation Lab made an appearance in the capital at the Kanyon shopping centre. There customers experienced the AlphaTauri way of shopping; by interacting with our 3D knit machine, immersive Virtual Reality (VR) experience and virtual fitting room.
THE ISTAN-BULLS:
The Formular 1 reintroduction in Istanbul, after a 9-year hiatus, was met with a traditionally Red Bull entrance. For the first time in its history, the Bosporus Bridge was temporarily closed for Red Bull’s Ales Albon and Scruderia AlphaTauri’s Pierre Gasly to ‘burn some rubber’ around the Turkish capital and travel from Europe to Asia and back again in a matter of seconds.
Giving our brand a shout-out at the event was local influencer and anchor-woman Burcues Esmersoy, wearing our ONELA knee-length jacket, in grey with a Lime green hood, paired with tapered trousers and a Lime fitted, turtleneck.
