AlphaTauri reveals official Austrian olympic and paralympic Team Collection
With the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games on the horizon, AlphaTauri, in collaboration with the Austrian Olympic Committee (ÖOC) and Austrian Paralympic Committee (ÖPC), has proudly unveiled the Official Austrian Olympic and Paralympic Team Collection at the iconic Patscherkofel in Innsbruck, Austria.
The collection, designed in collaboration with Austria's top athletes, seamlessly combines high-performance functionality with sophisticated design, drawing inspiration from the breathtaking beauty of Austria's alpine landscapes.
The launch of the collection marks an important milestone in the countdown to the Games. Two-time Olympic champion Anna Gasser expressed her excitement: “The collection reveal is always a special moment – it really makes you realise: it's happening! The outfit is something you wear during one of the most important competitions of your career, accompanying you from your first appearance all the way to – hopefully – the medal celebration at the Austria House.”

Where style meets performance
The Austrian Olympic and Paralympic Team Collection is inspired by the beauty of Austria's alpine landscapes and the resilience of its athletes. Featuring sleek silhouettes and bold, graphic prints that reflect the sharp contrasts of light and shadow across snow-capped peaks, the collection celebrates Austria's natural heritage and athletic excellence.
From travel-ready tailoring to ceremonial pieces, the collection delivers optimal performance and style at every stage of the Games. Advanced thermal closures, modular layering systems, and weather-resistant materials ensure that athletes are prepared for the ever-changing conditions of winter sports.
Athletes at the heart of design
The collection was developed with direct input from the athletes, ensuring the designs meet the rigorous demands of elite competition. Among others, snowboard champion Benny Karl, who has competed in four Olympic Games to date and won a complete set of medals in gold (Beijing 2022), silver (Vancouver 2010), and bronze (Sochi 2014), shared his expertise and insights during the design and testing phases.
“It's been incredible to be part of this process from the very beginning,” said Benny Karl. “AlphaTauri has created something truly special, functional, stylish, and tailored to the exact needs of athletes. These designs are a game-changer for our performance and how we present ourselves as a team.”
Fashion and sport united
“AlphaTauri is proud to support both the Austrian Olympic and Paralympic teams with a collection that combines innovation, functionality, and elegance,” said Karl-Heinz Lauterbach, CEO of AlphaTauri. “We are committed to providing apparel that not only empowers athletes to perform at their best but also represents a unified and stylish Austria on the global stage.”
ÖOC President Horst Nussbaumer added: “This collection is a symbol of our deep respect for the athletes. It combines functionality, comfort, and design, while reflecting the values of the Olympic Team Austria: excellence, unity, and national pride.”

ÖPC President Maria Rauch-Kallat emphasised: “What began in 2008 as a symbolic gesture for inclusion has now become a lived reality. Today, the Olympic and Paralympic teams are outfitted equally – and with the highest quality. This shows that inclusion is possible in all areas of life, and elite sports play an important role as a role model for this.”
As Austria prepares to compete in the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Games, the Austrian Olympic and Paralympic Team Collection ensures that every athlete is equipped to perform at their best, look their best, and feel united as one team.
