Scuderia AlphaTauri drivers Pierre Gasly and Yuki Tsunoda are kicking of a new season with stylish and innovative gear – on and off-track.

Just in time for the F1 Season start, both are casually sliding into spring with a transitional collection of app-controlled, heatable jackets and vests. Perfect for race-related travel between different weather seasons – when they’re dressed either too warm or too cold.

Fusing fashion, function and technological innovation aesthetically, the jackets and gilets feature integrated heated zones that can be easily activated via the smartphone. The warmth can be individually adjusted to your personal comfort factor. This is made possible by the combination of the app and the innovative E-Soft-Shell. Once connected via Bluetooth, the smartphone becomes the smart control unit of the heatable garment. With a simple tap, different heating zones are controlled, the heating intensity is adjusted, or the heat supply is stopped at any time.
These pieces have been developed in an exclusive partnership with tech pioneer Deutsche Telekom and smart fabric visionary Schoeller Textil AG, as part of Telekom’s Fashion Fusion Programme.

A wearable tech innovation, the Heatable Capsule Collection is suitable for all cooler types of weather and practical when travelling between season zone and comes in two colourways – chalk and navy. Available online at and at selected retailers including Telekom.

Heatble Capsule App
A pioneering material mix of warmth-retaining sheep wool padding (Lavalan®) and Schoeller® cork granulate insulation (corkshell™) stores warmth while a heat-conductive lining (E-Soft-Shell®) in the pockets and on the lower back evenly distributes heat.

A power bank, hidden inside the jacket powers the heatable component in the garment, keeping hands and body warm, even on the coldest winter days. If the heating function isn’t needed, the power bank can be used to charge your smartphone whilst on the go.
The jacket has four heat settings Pocket Pulse, Pocket Intense, Back Pulse, Back Intense. You can adjust the level of warmth manually via integrated buttons or digitally with the help of a dedicated app (developed by Deutsche Telekom). An inbuilt sensor measures the microclimate temperature within.
